"road kings" show nmmu

We have seen this before and we see it again, taxi drivers throw their weight and rule the  roads. This time in the fire its NMMU, I guess its not about umilo webig nuz  but ngumlilo wonotaxi....

The NMMU SRC decided to have shuttle services that will transport students around the summerstrand area, this is very convenient for students both living off campus and those attending lecturesbetween campuses or using other campus facilities. The taxi price is steep now, and hey they arnt really to blame because petrol is the issue but really eight rand from pnp to south or Admiralty way? or well should I say eight rand to every blady where...its a lot of money and students dont work!

I personally feel yes,  it might be affecting their business and they might be facing competition. But which business does not face any competition, besides we are already paying for the shuttle service, its a privilege that NMMU has decided to give to their students.For public transport to threaten our lives geeeeez bra they must calm down we don't need that!

Taxi drivers have always managed to bully people and get their way and its frustrating that when they are not happy people should not move or work nothing. Now they picking a fight with harmless students, honestly its like a lion roaring at a puppy, NMMU will clearly have the students best interest its how things work and they will rip our benefit :(.

I'm hoping so hard that this shuttle thing does not come to an end I am enjoying my shuttle benefit, yhu I can even take a shuttle back from school to my off campus house, mxim ke saving all those eight rands sound like heaven to me.
