Things that my girls and I frequently talk about are;
clothes, heels, boys, bags, school, dream jobs and being hot, looking great is
the A thing on our list, well after academics.
Me I’m the simple kind of girl I like looking good but
simple and comfortable. I have all kinds of friends and one thing we have in
common is the love of good things. Another thing we all realized is that heels
are a pain when you have been dancing and standing in them for hours. This
however will not stop any woman from looking good in a club or event.
Tips we came up with on a Sunday afternoon, giggling over
ice cream and walking on the beach are that..
Wear and buy whatever heel you want
No heel is really comfortable throughout the night
All heels have their tight corners, from peep toes to stilettos and platform.
Tips to manage throughout the night...

Tips to manage throughout the night...
· Do NOT take your heels off not even in the rest room; it makes it worse, if you must take them off, do it half way just the heels.
· Always take a deep breath before you get up, ignore the pain and strut those legs...
· If you are at a club and your sitting down, round 3-4 am no one is really looking at your feet soo, tilt them back aaaah this feels great..Your big toe gets a break from the constant press.
· Another that we all liked was, finding a ledge or small table hang your heels from the edge, hehehehe you will feel refreshed.
· Please do not walk around like you have been pinned to the heels, work them no matter how painful.
· If the heels are too tight, stuff them with winter socks before the night out J heheheh creates some space.
However ladies these
tips will not take away the pain in the morning, your feet will need a hot soak
with some good stuff..rub them and cuddle them in warm socks.
These are just some of the things we came up with, I’m super
sure other people have more ideas.
