trying new things

Did you say yoga?

I'm there I think starting yoga will be good for my bodily strength and mental relaxation. I'm not sure about the diet tho wow being vegetarian is something that's never crossed my mind but who knows with time and commitment I might be a vegetarian this time next year. I don't think one can become a vegetarian over night I think it takes commitment and time breaking away from your eating habits and the foods your body is used to.

with yoga I can learn o be quiet hahahah its going to be a battle I'm such a loud mouth and I love giggling,Yoga brings sense of union to the body mind and soul. the body becomes more toned and beautifully strong.I'm all up for an amazing body :)
